'ONE OF THE BEST KINDS OF GOLD' was a celebration of place and memories for a golden wedding anniversary, using photography of a meaningful location.

This format provides a fresh alternative way to display and appreciate a special, perhaps candid, snapshot moment or location that means something to you. Textile and mixed-media stitched artworks. Each collage is created using vintage, reclaimed, offcut and hand-dyed or printed textile fabrics, fibres and papers. Materials are chosen for their interesting stories, textures or characteristics, peacefully stitched by machine and/or hand using a variety of cotton, silk, linen and blended vintage threads.
