Refund policy
Please check clothing size charts carefully before ordering sized items. We advise sizing up if in doubt.
Because some items are made to order and many are customised, refunds cannot be given on personalised or made-to-order items because of sizing or fit problems unless agreed individually prior to purchase. If there is an error with the order or a flaw in the product, we will gladly arrange an exchange or refund on unworn & unwashed items. We can accept exchanges (but not refunds) on non-personalised stock designs in the case of an incorrect size, subject to availability.
If you would like to request a refund or exchange please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item, exchanges & returns may not possible after this.
Customer is responsible for return delivery costs.
Please note that the washable papers do gradually weather & change texture with ongoing washing; this should not affect their strength and structure. The metallic toned papers may also lose some of their foiling over time depending on your washing techniques, changing their finish - this is a feature of the papers that is hopefully clear throughout the ordering process. If you are really unhappy with how your paper design has changed over time, please get in touch to discuss 'refurb' options!
